Emerald Street

I worked closely with the broadcast and data teams to create a series of emails new subscribers would receive over the first 3-10 days after signing up - which would give them more insight into the content and opportunities Emerald Street provides as a brand. It also allowed readers to be more selective in the type of content they wished to receive - allowing us to identify patterns in the data of certain subscribers, helping us better understand our readers and target our editorial and commercial content.
